All warranty Returns

All warranty returns must first be approved by customer service. Contact customer’s service. We’ll need the sales order or invoice number, the item name and details, the quantity you wish to return, and the reason for return. We'll also need a VIN and the mileage installed and mileage removed from your vehicle.

Warranty claims will not be honored for parts that were damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation.

Warranty claims are honored on an exchange basis only. HEMIsphere Garage is not liable for any incidental expenses resulting from use or installation of a defective item. Additionally, HEMIsphere Garage is not liable for any damage.

Straight out of box warranty returns

Straight out of box warranty returns must first be approved by customer service. Contact customer’s service. We’ll need the sales order or invoice number, the item name and details, the quantity you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Straight out of box warranty parts can be returned within seven (7) days. Products must be in the original, unused, and uninstalled condition. Also in original packaging it was sent to. No returns will be accepted after seven (7) days from the date you received your items. 

All warranty types shipping costs

Customer is responsible for the return shipping of the part to us.

Replacement/Credit on warranty returns

HEMIsphere Garage will replace defective parts that are eligible for warranty.

HEMIsphere Garage will not provide any credit on warranty return parts unless the part is out of stock or discontinued at our supplier and no other alternative solution has been found.

Canceling Orders

It is the customer’s responsibility to order the parts they need and not the ones they don't. We encourage you to talk to us first with questions before submitting your orders.

HEMIsphere Garage will not accept any order cancelations.

Warranty on rebuilt parts

HEMIsphere Garage does not provide warranty on “rebuilt parts” unless specified on the article itself.

Warranty on second hand parts

HEMIsphere Garage does not provide any warranty on “second hand parts”.

Warranty on new parts

Warranty for “new parts” are covered by HEMIsphere Garage’s suppliers only.

HEMIsphere Garage itself will not provide any warranty on “new parts” nor warranty extensions.

Core Return Policies

Cores must be in rebuild-able condition with sufficient parts to rebuild and not have any visible damage. Cores must be returned to us in the box that the re-manufactured part was sent to you in within thirty (30) days of original receipt. Shipping costs for core returns are the responsibility of the customer. No core returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date you received your items. 

After reception of core, it will be inspected. After inspection, HEMIsphere Garage will take the decision to refund the core in full, refund the core with a deductive fee or not refund the core.

Return Credits

HEMIsphere Garage will proceed return credits once final decision has been taken.

All returns are to be shipped to the address below. Prior approval and an RMA number must be obtained prior to shipment of the return parts.
